Duncan was very knowledgeable and welcoming. He is so passionate about his work and runs a very smooth business. This was a great experience. The website was easy to use I was able to scheduled in just a few minutes. When I needed to reschedule because of a family thing they responded immediately and worked with me to find a day and time that fit my schedule.The technician (Jose C.) that showed up was probably over qualified. He explained the process he was going to follow and I learned a couple of things about the registration and voicing of our specific piano. The service was very comprehensive. The piano sounds fantastic and I already scheduled the next tuning with Jose. The Gilded Piano is great quality service.

Duncan did a wonderful job on my piano! It hadn t been serviced in years and needed some work done. He managed to get a lot done in the allotted time and my piano hasn t ever felt or sounded so good as it does now! I especially appreciate that he came back a few weeks later to check on a couple little things I noticed wrong, and at no extra charge! Duncan was personable, friendly, and professional. The office staff I have interacted with went above and beyond to get get me an appointment with Duncan on short notice for a piano recital I was hosting. Top notch customer service from everyone! Duncan was simply amazing! Really, there aren't enough words to describe the personal quality of care he took with our family and our beloved piano. We had the privilege of having the famous Duncan tune our piano today for the first time! I had only heard how amazing he was and was able to get an appt with him. Had my piano tuned and voiced today by Duncan @the gilded piano. Not sure of the technicalities, but the touch feels and sounds light and magical again. Spent the last two hours playing my piano just because it sounds so beautiful!

Duncan was friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job. He charged us around $40 less than the quoted price because our piano didn't require a full pitch raise and he said he doesn't like to charge for work he doesn't have to do. We will definitely call him again for future piano maintenance!

Duncan is personable, professional, and every time he finishes a service, our piano sounds fantastic! He may cost a little more than some of the other piano tuners, but it's worth knowing that the tuning will be done by someone that not only has the right training, but also has an obvious love for music.

Duncan was professional and knowledgeable, and also kind and personable. He came on time for our appointment, which I appreciated. He is very trustworthy and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He did a nice job tuning our piano and fixing a pedal squeak, cleaning it, and even taught me how to take it apart if I want to do some basic cleaning myself. I enjoyed listening to his piano skills as he tested out the sounds of the piano. We will definitely have Duncan back to tune our piano in the future.

Duncan is an absolute pro. We've used gilded to prolong the life of our baby grand for the last few years and they've always been amazing to work with. They helped us with our little upright console before that. It's so worth it to keep a piano in good shape.
